I love this set and finally dug it out again as I had a bunch of scraps to use up and wanted something that would be easy to work with for my scrap papers. Be sure to check out Chrissy's blog for a Scrap Challenge. Her Challenges is posted on Wed. check them out and join in on the fun of the challenge.
So for this project I used a sketch from Poetic Artistry. MojoMonday22 Sketch Challenges. I love her sketches.
Designer paper scraps
Whisper White Scraps
Choc Chip card stock
Ribbon Scraps ( this piece was only 6 inches long)
White Gel Pen and Brown Gel Pen
Small Scallop circle punch
Gamsol and colored pencils
Stamp set of choice ( I used Button Bear SU Retired)
Stamp image on White card stock and color in with gamsol. Trim to 2 3/4 x 2 3/4". Add brown gel pen dots around the corners. Mount to a piece of choc chip card stock that is 3 x 3.
Stamp the honey pot on small scrap of white. Color in and add Crystal Effects to the honey and then on the bear on his paw pads. Set these aside to dry while you work on the rest of your project.
Punch the small scallop and add white dots with the white gel pen to each scallop. You will mount your honey pot on this when dry with pot dots.
4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card will be use to mount the choc chip to, this is cut to card size of the front of the card. Next you will cut your designer papers at 1", 1 1/8", 1 3/8' and 1 5/8" wide and they are all 4 1/4" long. Mount in any order on your choc. chip piece. Add ribbon across middle and add to the basic card front.
Next make sure your Crystal effects is dry once dry you can mount to you card. The bear goes to the right of the card centered on the right edge in the middle. The honey pot is mounted to the small scalloped circle with pot dots and then pot dot the back and mount to left of bear upper area of image.
Your card is now complete and ready to send. Hope you enjoyed today's project and got some of those scraps used up.
