A Great Blog site with Tutorials

I came across a great blog site today and she has step by step tutorials on almost all of her artwork. I have not made it through her whole blog yet but what I see is amazing. Check it out, Michelle Zindorf does an awesome job of showing you how she creates her masterpieces.

I have also added her to my blog along the right side so you can find it easily there to. Hope you enjoy her blog as much as I do.

CBC16 Let's Play Ball

Chrissy over at Creating with Chrissy is having her weekly Belli Challenge, you can check it out here. This week she has using eyelets. Here is what I come up with for you challenge this week. I use big eyelets on this one that I got at a dollar store.
I also used a sketch from iheart2stamp, I will include the sketch here for you to try to.
Supplies needed for this project:
Whisper White, Real Red and Choc Chip card stock
Black ink
Large Eyelets

Crop-a-dile or Big Kick
Stamp sets of choice
Gamsol and colored pencils
Directions:
Cut WW for basic card at 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 fold in half to form card. I stamp with black ink softballs over the background of the card.
Cut 3 strips of Choc. Chip at 1" wide x 4 6/8
Cut 3 strips of Real Red at 3/4" x 4 6/8, mount to CC strips
Cut 3 strips of Whisper White at 1/2" x 4 6/8. Mount on-top the Real Red strip.
Cut Choc Chip at 3 x 2 7/8
Cut Real Red at 2 3/4 x 2 5/8 mount to Choc Chip piece
Cut Whisper White at 2 1/2 by 2 3/8 and stamp image in black ink and color in. Mount this to the Real Red and Choc Chip piece. Add adhesive to the back and add strips evenly spaced behind this. See sample for placement. Then punch holes for eyelets with your crop-a-dile or Big Kick. Add eyelets and mount all this to your main card.
I thought this turned out cute and will make a nice card for either a male or a female that plays in sports also.
