Sympathy Blossoms

Running late tonight, my youngest son graduates 6th grade this weekend and they have a dance and sleep over at the school tonight. So have been there for awhile tonight and tomorrow is another busy day with the graduation mass, dinner and a program after that and dd has a pre-college thing tomorrow morning for 4 to 6 hours.
My Dad's only brother passed away on Wed night. So I needed to whip up a quick Sympathy card, and need to make another for my parents to give. This is a real quick one and I love how it turned out. I know he loved flowers and he kept them so pretty in his yard. So I did this card and the one I do for my parents will probably be a manly card. I hope this makes it in yet tonight.
Supplies needed:
Same design as the orange slice one. Love that design, and am hooked on it.
Blossoms Abound and Friendship Blooms
White and Elegant Eggplant Card Stock
White Craft Ink, Old Olive and Elegant Eggplant
Purple color gel pen
Ribbon
Directions same as the orange slices one. Except this one I used the Lilacs on and then layered.
Hope you enjoy and are getting some ideas for yourself with my projects.
Angel hugs

Protect your photos and creative property
Posted: 15 May 2008 09:50 AM CDTI read about this issue on Claudine Hellmuth's blog and wanted to pass it along, especially to those with blogs and online galleries. The "Orphan Act" is up for vote in the House and the Senate. This could affect all crafters, designers, authors and scrapbookers who post images of their work online. If passed, photos on the Internet will be subject to this new copyright legislation and this new bill will essentially make them public domain - which means anyone can use your photos, in any way, without your knowledge or permission. Claudine's post provides a link to an electronic letter that you can send to your local representatives - all you have to do is fill in your contact information. It will take you all of two minutes! Please take a moment and make your voice heard!Enjoy the day!
I already went and put in my request that this not happen, now it's your turn.
