Here Piggy, Piggy......

Sorry I haven't posted much, I have been sick. They changed some of my medication and I am not doing well with the change. I wasn't doing well without the change either so had to do something. Anyway, trying to give these new meds a chance to work. Cross your fingers that they will work out and I don't have to go through this again.
I am in a Shaped Swap and I found this pattern on the net and fell in love with him. If my hands can hold out I will be making 12 of these little piggies! My aunt and uncle used to be pig farmers so this was the ideal card. One will also go to my aunt who is in assisted living.
I had to adjust the pattern to this template as it was to large to fit in a A4 envelope which is the size of our normal cards. So I will share that with you later. In the meantime I hope you enjoy my piggy.
Supplies needed:
Flannel Background Stamp
Versamark
Blush Blossom Card stock
Blush Blossom and Black Marker
White Gel Pen
Mono Adhesive
Sponge
Directions:
I cut out my pattern and traced onto card stock and cut all pieces out. With Versamark I stamped each piece with the Flannel background stamp. With the Blush Blossom Marker I made his nose holes. And I sponges around each edge of all the pieces so it showed some dimension. Used black marker for his eyes and then added a dash of white gel pen for his eyes to make them glisten. Add the snout to the face and then add face to the body. This card opens up and the head kind of goes back when open. I think it turned out kind of cute for a first try.
Hope you enjoy.
Angel hugs
