This card is such a fun card. Not sure who made it so if it is you please let me know so I can give proper credit for the lovely card. This one is called a Windshield Whipper Card. You pull on each end of the card and this little piece pops up out of the center with a message. They are fun to play with pulling back and forth and watch the magic of the little message appear and disappear. As the card says ENYOY I am enjoying it! LOLAngel hugs
